Latest Addiction: Anthropologie

Can I just say that right now I am absolutely loving everything on Anthrpologie's website?! Not just that! But everything on their Sale page is just fabulous. Most of these finds are total steals and too cute for words. My latest craze is teacups, mugs, teapots, etc. Every preppy girl loves a monogram and these mugs are precious. I also NEED to have the Mon Chien Iphone Case. That is an absolute favorite. With us moving into our apartment I am looking for all the right final touches and I think I may have found many!

New Apartment, New Look

In less than 2 months Steven and I will be moving into our new loft apartment and we are just thrilled. Since I am already one for constant make-overs, I am so excited to redecorate our new apartment. Some things will stay the same, but I will be/have been buying boat loads of new furniture and decor. I am looking to make this next apartment much brighter and more whimsical. Above are just a couple items I have on my new apartment wish list!

Shopping in Style

Every weekend I try to make a shopping trip to feed my fashion addiction! Great for my closet, bad for the wallet! Today I knew that J Crew was having their 25% off a $100+ purchase in stores and online. There is a scarf that I have been eyeing for a while and decided to finally get. I also have seen some of their latest jewelry additions and am loving so many. Also, had to make a quick stop in Sephora for my favorite blush and lip kit “Sugarlicious” in Nude. I just adore this color palette. It’s makes my face look so naturally glowing and fresh.

Whenever I go to the malls around here, I feel like I have to get a little dressed up. There is no shopping in your yoga pants around here. It is an all out fashion fest. Per my previous post, the J Crew Herringbone vest goes with absolutely everything in my wardrobe and adds that extra high fashion appearance to almost any outfit. Today, I wanted to be comfortable and very fall colored. I swept my hair back since this vest has A LOT going on and I didn’t want to overdo it. I paired the vest with a J Crew Factory V Neck in Burgundy, my Express Jeggings, DSW Bandolino Boots, J Crew bracelets and Kate Spade handbag. I kept my make-up simple and applied my Pink Beige Bobbi Brown lip gloss.

I would say it was a pretty successful shopping trip! Top it off with my favorite Soy Vanilla Latte and I am a very happy girl:)

Date Night Hair and Make-Up

Tonight Steven and I are planning on going out on a romantic date for the first time in forever! We both have crazy hectic schedules and have not had the opportunity to spend quality time together in a while. We’re going out for some Japanese/Seafood fusion at Sea Pearl and then grabbing lattes from my favorite, Dolcezza.

As always  I'm excited to get a little dolled up!

With my hair, I simply twisted the front pieces and pinned them back on one side. I took my flat iron and went through each piece straight on top, but curled it under a little at the bottom. It was something different! I normally go totally straight or totally curly but I felt this was a little more elegant/romantic.

I am wearing Smashbox High Definition Foundation (as always). My bronzer is Too Faced Pink Leopard and a little bit of YSL blush. I did defined Urban Decay eyeliner on the top lid, and Too Faced Natural at Night Eyeshadow.

I went with a little darker lip gloss tonight since Sea Pearl is a more intimate restaurant and I felt with my dark green, sheer top it would pair perfectly. Marc Jacobs Lust for Lacquer is amazing and feels great on my lips. The color I am wearing here is “Fame.”

Trinkets

I am completely addicted to and can never pass up adorable planners, stationery, mugs/tea cups, and any unique little trinket I can find. That being said I obviously can find myself wandering Home Goods/World Market for hours with an arm full of everything! The more polka dots and bows the better! I wanted to share with you a couple trinkets on my wish list for this holiday season.
